Our primary service. We use the Fresh Roof™ soy-based formula to help restore lost oils in your asphalt shingles and extend the useful life of your roof. -
Roof Health Check & Photo Report
A visual inspection of your roof, with photos and a simple summary of what we see: shingle condition, flashing, ventilation, and any obvious problem spots. -
Minor Shingle Repairs & Prep
Addressing small issues like loose or lifted shingles and nail pops so the treatment goes onto a roof that’s ready for it.
Optional Add-ons
Depending on your roof and what we see on-site, we may recommend:
- Gutter and downspout cleaning before treatment.
- Spot cleaning or soft washing to remove heavy organic growth.
- Follow-up inspections after major storms.
